Our Services Make Your Life Easier

If you’re low on credit and need to make a call, Digicel’s Call Me service gives you up to 21 Call Me requests per week.

Use the Call Me service to request a call from other users on local Digicel networks, as well as international mobile networks.

Sending a Call Me request is simple. Just follow the following instructions:

To send a request to a local Digicel customer:

Just dial *126* <your friend’s Digicel number ># then press SEND, e.g. *126*1868333XXXX# 

To send a request to an International Country:

Just dial *126*<your friend’s International number># then press SEND, e.g. *126*1954687XXXX# 

To send a request to another Digicel Island (e.g. Jamaica)

Just dial *126*<your friend’s International number># then press SEND, e.g. *126*1876361XXXX#

The recipient will get a message requesting that they call you.

This free service is only available to prepaid customers.

With Credit U, you can easily transfer credit from your postpaid or prepaid account, to prepaid accounts of friends and family using your mobile phone.

Follow these simple instructions, and you’ll be on your way to sharing Digicel credit with loved ones:

  1. Dial *128* + 11-digit receiving mobile number* + amount followed by # key. E.g. (*128*18681234567*75#).

  2. Wait for the confirmation message.

  3. Then dial *128*1# to confirm or *128*2# to cancel. 

Both sending and receiving users will receive a confirmation message.

As a receiving user you can check your balance by following these instructions:

  1. Dial *120#

  2. Then press SEND

  3. Your balance will then appear on your phone screen.



  • Both prepaid and postpaid Digicel customers can send credit with Credit U, but only prepaid customers can receive credit this way.

  • Corporate customers are not allowed to use this service.

Digicel Circle is a calling plan for up to two to five Digicel customers. You each pay TT $63.59 (VAT inclusive) per month, and receive free calls to those in your Circle.

So, who can join your circle?

Digicel Circle is available to both prepaid and postpaid Digicel customers, so get your friends to switch to Digicel and join your Circle! You can be part of up to four different Circles.

Before you create your Circle, everyone must have sufficient credit to join.

You can choose whether to pay for all your favourite people, or let them pay the monthly plan fee themselves.

Creating your circle is easy!

For example, one person can set up a Circle by following these easy steps:

  • Type *145*X# then press send, where X represents the total number of people in the Circle including you, for e.g. *145*4#

  • You will then receive a series of simple prompts:

  • “Please select the mode of payment”

  • *145*0# for ALL members to pay,

  • *145*1# for the Master to pay,

  • *145*9# to cancel.

If you enter *145*1# as the preferred method of payment then you will receive a text message outlining how you add additional members and a group ID.

If each individual is paying themselves you will receive a text message outlining how you set up the group and your group ID.

Digicel's voicemail service is easy to use, fast to access and retrieval is free from your Digicel mobile phone for postpaid account, and costs TT $0.23 (VAT inc) for prepaid customers.

To get started, simply dial 123 to access your voicemail from your Digicel mobile phone. After dialling 123, press 9 for the menu and you can change your login options, record your name and greeting and much more!

If dialling from a landline or another phone, you must dial 350 0000. You will be asked to enter your 7-digit mobile phone number and enter a password. The first time you dial this number from a land line you will be asked to enter your password. The default password is 1234. We recommend you change this password. If you have forgotten your password, please call customer care by dialling 100 from your Digicel mobile phone.

If you are roaming, simply dial +1 868 351 0000 and you will be asked to enter your mobile number and your password.


Direct Voicemail Deposit


You can also use Digicel's Direct Voicemail Deposit (DVD). Digicel’s Direct Voicemail Deposit service allows you leave someone a voicemail without actually calling that person.

This is a new, easy and non-intrusive method for leaving a message for someone at any time.

Simply dial *123<Phone Number> from your Digicel Mobile and you would be prompted to record your message.

E.g.: To leave a voicemail for 3500000, Dial from your Digicel Mobile: *1233500000

You would then be prompted to leave a voicemail message for the number you dialled.

The recipient would receive a text message informing them that they have a new voicemail.

Charges for this service are in line with standard Digicel to Digicel rates, based on the voice plan that the user is currently on. Postpaid users cannot use their bundled minutes for this service. Promotional rates do not apply for this service.

Direct Voicemail Deposit can only be used from Digicel to Digicel mobiles.

Roaming customers would not be allowed to use the DVD service.
