Allison Philbert
Chief Executive Officer
Allison Philbert was appointed CEO of Digicel Jamaica effective August 1, 2019. Having joined the organisation in February of this year, she has been charged to lead the company’s transformation to a Digital Operator: reworking business activities, processes and models to fully engage customers at every touchpoint of the customer experience. In this role, Allison will leverage her vast industry experience to develop and deliver simple, innovative and customer-centric solutions that meet our customers’ every need. Allison has nearly 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Digicel, she served as Regional President for Verizon, New England. Allison led the team responsible for the deployment of extensive fibre infrastructure in Boston that laid the groundwork for 5G implementation, Smart Cities and Internet of Things (IoT). A St. Hugh’s alumna, Allison holds an MBA from Georgetown University, having pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering as well as a Master’s in Telecommunications at The George Washington University. Allison is married with two children. She is passionate about creating universal access to broadband services and the advancement of women in STEM.
Brian Bennett- Easy
COO- Digicel Jamaica
Brian assumed the role of COO on June 1, 2019, having served for three years as General Manager for Digicel Business. In his expanded leadership role, Brian’s operational responsibilities will incorporate Digicel Business, Customer Care, Technical Operations and Facilities Management. Brian is a natural to capitalise on our growth momentum and customer-centric product development across these lines of business. He has a proven track record of being a business growth and development strategist with over 10 years’ experience amassed from both Mobile and ICT operations; he is known for his expertise in business analysis, solution sales and service delivery, revenue generation, IT and his ability to optimise operations. Brian joined Digicel in 2005 as the Business Solutions Manager and was later promoted to Head of Business Services, Head of Digicel Business and Head of Commercial Operations. Prior to joining Digicel, Brian was employed to Lascelles DeMercado Group Limited for thirteen (13) years where he served in various capacities. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma & Certificate in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (Herriot Watt University), a B.Sc. in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Technology (UTECH).

Gloria Fenton-Rose
Director of Human Resources
Gloria has over 20 years’ experience in leading and executing strategic human resource development activities. She is a certified Industrial Relations Practitioner with vast experience in negotiation and mediation. Prior to joining Digicel, Gloria worked with Sandals Resorts International as Human Resources Manager, and the North East Regional Health Authority, as Director Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations.
Delroy Anderson
General Manager - Home & Entertainment
Managing the delivery of superfast internet service and a rich array of HDTV entertainment options via Jamaica’s only Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) network, Delroy is constantly focused on delivering amazing experiences to our residential and business customers. With a passion for deploying technology that moves people forward, Delroy enjoys implementing and fine-tuning services that enables our customers to introduce smart technology and live their best digital lives. He looks at service excellence from varied perspectives, aiming to optimise our connections between the people we serve and the processes and technologies that help us to meet their expectations. Delroy has held several senior roles at Digicel and the wider telecoms industry Jamaica, and has worked in the agro-chemical industry prior to his entry into the world of all things digital.
Nasha-Monique Douglas
Chief Marketing Officer
As the strategic leader of Digicel’s marketing initiatives, Nasha oversees the conceptualisation and implementation of digital and traditional marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness and developing new, customer-centric engagement activities. She has a passion for improving corporate perception, and relies on her 15 years’ experience in telecoms, media, marketing and the beverage industry to deliver creative, one-of-kind engagement initiatives. Nasha-Monique leads our Public Relations, Digital, Sponsorship and Creative team members to effectively deliver on our rolling out compelling propositions and campaigns that reaffirm Digicel’s position as the digital lifestyle partner to our customers. A St Andrew High alumna, Nasha earn her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications and Advertising from Emerson College, Boston, and a Master's from George Washington University, Washington D.C. in Political Management, specializing in Corporate and Trade Association Public Affairs. Nasha-Monique has a deep interest in and appreciation for the arts, and enjoys spending time in the many beautiful places in Jamaica.
Andrew Foreman
Legal & Regulatory Director
Andrew works closely with our Senior Management Team to implement effective strategies for the management of legal and regulatory risks. He is a great addition to our team where he specializes in navigating the legal complexities for the benefit our customers, stakeholders and the organisation. Andrew joined Digicel in January 2020 and leads the company’s highly-skilled Legal and Regulatory team. With over 15 years’ experience in commercial and investment banking, and previously as Legal Counsel for Sagicor Group, Andrew has developed an excellent track record in Commercial Law. A Wolmer’s Boys School alumnus, Andrew holds a BA in History from the University of the West Indies and an LLB from the University of London. He is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School where he obtained his Certificate of Legal Education.
Brendan Hunt
Chief Financial Officer
With over seven years’ experience in the telecommunication industry, Brendan brings his extensive financial and international experience to support the leadership team’s efforts with planning for future growth, and continuous improvement in financial performance. Brendan was appointed CFO of Digicel Jamaica in February 2020, having served as CFO for Digicel Haiti and later Group CFO for Digicel Pacific Limited. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin, Ireland and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). Brendan is married with three adult children and enjoys sports and travel.
Rohan Pottinger
Chief Technical Officer
Our vast and diverse fibre and mobile network platforms come under Rohan’s expert stewardship, backed by his over 25 years of experience in telecommunications. Rohan joined Digicel in 2000 as a Switch Engineer after working with Cable and Wireless from1991 to 1999. He moved up the ranks to the role of Chief Technical Officer, before leaving Digicel in 2009. After which, he worked across the Caribbean conducting design, implementation, training, consultation and project management, later applying his skills in Managed Services for Ericsson in the Caribbean for six years, before returning ‘home’ in January 2020. It’s truly amazing how far things have come since Rohan started in the tech field: from analogue and 2G technology, to digital and 4G mobile systems that open the gateway to 5G and a fully digitally-connected society. To this end, Rohan works closely with his team of skilled engineers to ensure that our customers always enjoy amazing and enhanced network experiences. Rohan completed tertiary-level studies in the field at the then College of Arts, Science and Technology (now known as the University of Technology), and holds several technical certifications.
Pia Baker
Director of Customer Care & Experience
Much of Pia’s work is rooted in her natural understanding of our customers’ needs and willingness for us to go the extra mile to surpass their expectations. As a thought leader in the field, Pia has been tasked with strategically delivering seamless multi-channel experiences to our valued customers, while strengthening our award-winning Customer Care team. Pia has over 15 years in the customer service field and has held leadership roles that merit her vast experience. She joined Digicel Jamaica in 2012 as a Customer Care Team Leader. In 2017 she was appointed to the role of Director of Network Experience for Digicel Group. Prior to joining Digicel Pia has held various roles which include Customer Service Agent at Air Jamaica and Security Inspector at The Ministry of National Security.
Wenise Davis
Chief Commercial Officer
A strategist by nature, Wenise Davis leads the charge as Digicel’s Chief Commercial Officer with responsibilities to optimise & develop novel commercial strategies for mobile and digital products and services. With over 18 years’ experience in the manufacturing, banking and telecommunication industry, Wenise has held leadership roles such as Commercial Director for Digicel Dutch Caribbean and General Manager Consumer Mobile that have credited her extensive analysis and forecasting skills. Prior to joining Digicel, Wenise worked at Pepsi Cola, Red Stripe (Diageo), Cable Wireless and Bank of Nova Scotia. Wenise has a degree from the University of the West Indies in Actuarial Science. She likes to sing, so it comes as no surprise that she enjoys a good round of karaoke.
Jeremy Owen
Sales and Distribution General Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in retail sales management, Jeremy Owen has returned to the business as the Sales and Distribution General Manager focused on transforming the Retail and Distribution Channels and overseeing the development and implementation of innovative products and service delivery. Jeremy has worked in the telecoms, sports, wholesale and food retail industry and has occupied leadership roles such as Head of Consumer Sales and Head of Regionalization and Retail. Prior to rejoining Digicel, Jeremy worked at Western Sports as the General Manager. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from UWI, Mona. Jeremy is a devout family man with a unique love for heavy powerlifting.
Vince Plummer
Head of Facilities Management & Technical Operation
The safe operation, security and aesthetic appeal of our fixed assets are expertly managed by Vince who brings 30 years of experience to the role. His eagle-eyed approach ensures that every single detail, standard and procedure is rigorously adhered to at all times. Vince has a passion for delivering occupant comfort and safe environments for our internal and external customers. His career in the field includes working with Cable and Wireless as External Plant Planning and Design Engineer from 1990-2004, Airport Maintenance Coordinator with Airports Authority in 2015, before joining Digicel that year as Manager of Facilities & Technical Operations. He was promoted to his current role in July 2016. A Manchester High School alumnus, Vince has received a number of internationally-recognised certifications and accreditations in Project Management, Facilities Management and Engineering.

An experienced thought leader and customer champion at heart, Dwayne Tulloch in his role as Digicel’s Chief Customer Experience Officer is laser-focused on driving and evaluating our business practices, methods, and strategies in order to optimise our customers’ overall experience.
